Robyn currently holds the role of Principal In Residence, Office of the Deputy Secretary, Public Schools at the New South Wales Department of Education. She is the immediate Past President of the New South Wales Primary Principals’ Association.
From 2020 – 2024 Robyn held the position of President, with twelve years as an Executive member. The Association is a key stakeholder working in collaboration with NSW Department of Education, NSW Secondary Principals’ Council, New South Wales Teachers Federation, NESA, NSW AECG, NSW P&C Federation, NSW Government and the Public Service Authority.
She describeds herself as "a teacher first, and foremost an educational leader".
Robyn holds a substantive position as a P3 Principal, her most recent substantive position being Casula PS in South West Sydney.
As an educational leader with expert qualifications and currency in reform she currently serves as a Board member of NSW Education Standards Authority ( NESA ) and Principals Australia Research Foundation.
Robyn has undertaken numerous leadership roles in different contexts with broad reaching socio economic status and expectations. She has initiated, led and embedded sustainable reform in schools that reflect deeply researched practices and evidence of growth and attainment.
